Drinkwel is a life saver. I originally purchased this product prior to a friend’s wedding in Mexico. As I’ve gotten into my late twenties, my hangovers have become worse and worse – nowadays after a night of somewhat-excessive drinking I generally experience a full day of nausea and discomfort. With my trip to Mexico approaching, I knew that I would be rather worse-for-wear if I didn’t locate some sort of supplement to help my body recuperate after a long day (and night) of drinking. In comes Drinkwel. We spent 6 nights at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, which basically meant that we ended up drinking nonstop from about 11 AM thru to 2 AM every single day. Normally I would have been out of commission by day 3, but with Drinkwel I noticed a marked improvement in my body’s condition throughout the entire trip. Heck, I even woke up one morning and went for a run! This product undoubtedly works – especially when its taken in combination with LyteShow in order to get some electrolytes back into your body.
I have recommended this product to all of my friends, and to those who have tried it (either from me providing, or from them purchasing), we all have the exact same reaction – how did we not know about this product sooner?
I’ve even given it to my mother, who doesn’t drink too much, but when she does her entire next day is ruined (think day-long vomiting routine). This past July 4 the family was all together and we drank quite heavily. My mom had had a fair bit of alcohol, so I provided her some Drinkwel prior to us all collapsing that night. Much to my chagrin, I was woken up at 7 AM to the sound of her prancing around the kitchen singing to herself. If it weren’t for Drinkwel, I doubt I would have seen her at all that day.

Side Note: I only take one serving (3 pills) after I drink, while the instructions tell you you should take one serving prior, and one serving afterwards. Occasionally I will take another serving the morning after in order to ensure that I get through the day with absolutely no hangover symptoms whatsoever.

I came across this product, as I suspect many have, during a day of feeling absolutely terrible from over-drinking (“I’m never drinking again”, etc.).
I figured – vitamins, makes sense that it might help, plus money back guarantee no questions asked, I didn’t really have much to lose and the desire to avoid feeling so awful is a pretty powerful motivator especially in the moment. I’m generally pretty skeptical and consider things like this to be snake-oil to a large extent, but the reviews were very positive so I have it a shot.
At this point I am on my 2nd bottle, and these are my conclusions thus far:
-This WILL NOT completely prevent hangovers. As noted by others, this is not what it is claiming to do. In my experience however, it has greatly lessened the misery. I am prone to severe nausea from hangovers – I have not experienced anything beyond “moderate discomfort” while taking drinkwel. You will still know that you had too much to drink the night before, but you will feel less like you want to die.
-In my experience, it is not necessary to take 3 daily + 3 more if drinking. I have found just taking some while you are drinking and the next morning to be sufficient. I did start out using the recommended 3 + 3 regimen, but found that the difference was only marginal and given that it is somewhat expensive, decided to economize. Try both ways, your milage may vary.
-It smells terrible and will make your breath smell like old people. No way around that, but its a compromise I’m willing to make.
-Pro-tip for greater effectiveness – DRINK LOTS OF WATER. This should go without saying, but I suspect that some people who have tried this and not found it effective thought that it would be a “magic pill” and they could disregard standard hangover-avoidance practices. You cannot, that isn’t how your body works. So drink lots of water. If you don’t do this already, that by itself will save you a great deal of misery, but as someone who has already exhausted all the traditional safeguards I can also tell you that this product/supplement will also noticeably improve your symptoms.
-The company seems to stand behind its product. I was satisfied and had no reason to ask for a refund, but supposedly they will refund your whole purchase price, no questions asked, you don’t have to send back the unused product.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to lessen the severity of hangovers. It is somewhat expensive, but when I think about the amount of money I have spent (greasy food, medicines for headache, stomach ache, etc.) and hours upon hours wasted being totally unable to function and wasting days of my life, it seems like quite a bargain.

I thought I would get ahead and take these before I started drinking… to my surprise. They also affect how your body metabolize alcohol.
I was drinking all night, long and amount that would normally have made me pretty tipsy and I had to ask, are they even putting alcohol in my drinks?!
