The pre workout here does have some high quality ingredients in it and does a good job at getting me energy and a good boost for my workout. The price is prohibitive though. I just dont see how the price is justfied for the ingredients because I have used other products with nearly indintical ingredients that were half the price as this one is.
bottom line is that it is a good product, has a great taste to it, does a good job at dissolving in the water and does not leave any after taste, but its just expensive. I’m glad I tried it, but its not something I could afford to continue to use.

I have been taking the main ingredients of this supplement for a while (HMB and creatine) and this seems to be a good source of these plus some extras. My only real issue with this is that I feel like I can get all of this stuff individually for significantly less than this powder. So the main advantage for this is the convenience and the taste, which is pretty decent. If you can afford it then go for it, but if you are wanting the same stuff for less with a bit more work you can get it elsewhere.

Not sure what it is, but after taking this for the first time, my skin felt kind of weird — like something under my skin. Within an hour of feeling that way, it was gone. I chalked it up to possibly getting sick. I took it again the next morning before my workout and felt the same thing again. I am not sure what that feeling is, but it was really weird and I didn’t like it. This might work well for other people, but it didn’t sit well with me, unfortunately. I also noticed it wouldn’t dissolve all the way, either — even with a frother. Not a bad taste, but unfortunately, that’s where the pros end for me.

This product provides an alphabet soup of strength-enhancing molecules. I am used to taking 5g of creatine/day, so when compared to this product with only 3g of creatine one might initially assume this product doesn’t match up. Then, when you look at the rest of the ingredients you come to realize that this may well be better.
There’s a lot to unpack on the ingredients label, and I’m not well suited to unpack it for you, but I believe this to be a superior offering. For the price, it sure better be. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks (instead of the dedicated creatine product) and am please with the results. I have been able to push my workouts harder lately, whether it is because of this product or more I can’t really say, but the trend is certainly encouraging.

I loved the taste, mixed it with apple juice for a little extra sweetness. Water works great as well. No problems with stomach issues or sleeplessness.
Used the first one for 30 days, liked it so much my wife bought a few more. I’m 90 days in and 15 pounds lighter. Not sure about T-Levels, I’m getting older and really didn’t noice any changes in that area.
I would recommend on the weight loss and how great it tastes.

I was in need of a supplement that would help me with my workouts and gain some extra muscle mass which led me to trying this creatine formula from TRUE Longevity. I have to say I’m impressed with the amount of supplements and vitamins packed into this formula overall. The taste is amazing as well as it’s flavored to be like a mango peach mix which helps to drink it down a lot quicker than I imagined. On top of this I feel as though my endurance for working out goes a bit further and allows me to recover sooner for my next session.
Most definitely would recommend to others looking for a flavorful mix!

This drink supplement powder is for your daily intake, especially on those days you don’t feel like working out because it gets you 3g of HMB and 3g of creatine in every scoop! This is great for muscle maintenance and growth in the long term if taken regularly. Taste wise, it’s great! Peach mango flavor isn’t too artificial or too sweet like typical pre workout supplements with the main two ingredients. Mixes easily, but is quite pricey for what it is. More than 2 dollars a scoop so it’s literally cheaper to get creatine and HMB in other forms.
