If you’re like me and work a lot, don’t sleep enough, and are constantly run down this stuff is great. This works by increasing your Kidney Jing in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I felt more energy, better sleep and better attitude after 1 day. Will be using this for awhile until I get my body right

4 days into taking this supplement, my urine became dark, I was waking up sweating and had a dull throbbing pain from my liver area. This isn’t consistent with the other reviews on this particular brand of He Shou Wu, but it is consistent with some other brands’ reviews. Maybe a coincidence so I’ll give it the benefit of doubt since I was taking other herbs and supplements at the time but this was the only new addition. He shou wu is known to be liver toxic so just be careful when taking this supp.
