UPDATE: After taking these probiotics for a few weeks, I noticed my stomach issues were creeping back. Upset stomachs, reactions to certain foods, constipation. Nothing changed except that I switched to this probiotic. For me, I feel this one is too weak. I have a lot of stomach issues. I just purchased a stronger probiotic with a prebiotic in it and will try that one and, if it doesn’t do the job, I will go back to the expensive ones I had been taking before I started these. For most people with no or few stomach issues, I think these are a good choice for digestive health. I just need a different blend and more of the certain strains that address my personal issues.

I currently take a very expensive probiotic blend but it has helped my stomach issues a lot. Still, I wondered if a less pricey one would give me the same benefits. I know the Dr. Tobias name and decided to try these and see if they worked as well. It’s really hard to know long term how these types of products will work but, I stopped my usual brand and started taking these enzymes for the last 9 days. To my relief, my stomach didn’t go back to its agonizing ways and I didn’t have any noticeable adverse reactions to the ingredients.
There are a load of good for microbiome ingredients in these capsules and they are easy to swallow. I don’t love having to take two capsules a day and breaking them up with lunch and dinner though. I now just take one with dinner and that is all I need. But I also pay nearly $60.00 for a month’s supply of my current probiotics and they don’t include postbiotics although I am not sure if that matters. I will continue taking the Dr. Tobias Digestive Enzymes and, if I am still feeling well and my stomach is doing OK when the bottle is empty, will switch. I want the best for my very touchy stomach and digestive system but, if I can get that at a cheaper price than I am paying, it’s a win for me and my wallet. So far, so good.

Years ago I was taking a phenomenal digestive enzyme. That brand changed the name and formula and it was never the same. Years later I finally found one that works great for me!
I take just 1 capsule, typically before or during a meal with steak, high dairy (ice cream) or high bad fats (cheese balls) and this really helps keep bloating down and my tummy is less upset than compared to no enzymes or other brands. I also think the bit of probiotics in there help too.
I do recommend this for sure!
