There are so many types of fiber and usually I use a mixed one (soluble & insoluble fibers), but if I use only one it’s Psyllium husk because it works well for me. Plus, soluble fibers like Psyllium have additional benefits beyond regularity. I’ve never had anything by this brand but this came double sealed, with just over two years expiration. It smells much less sweet/strawberry than it actually tastes (it’s quite sweet), so don’t be worried by your first sniff. It mixes easily, and although it doesn’t clump it does precipitate (the video on the product page is pretty true to what it looks like), so it helps to swirl while you drink and/or do a “rinse” of your glass with another 8 ounces of water. One serving of 4g of fiber is not much – I usually work my way up to 12g-ish/day – so they say to take it twice per day, which honestly isn’t a stretch because it tastes great. It’s non-GMO and gluten free, and the price is good in comparison to the famous brands you find in drugstores, especially because this is with Stevia and not like the ones with tons of sugar.

Psyllium is a soluble fiber and is considered to be generally safe and gentle enough to use every day. So, as fiber supplements go, Dr. Tobias Psyllium Fiber Powder Drink is a good fiber supplement. It is easy to use, just mix with water and drink. It is gentle and tastes reasonably good. You do have to mix the powder well with water and drink it quickly. However, I did notice some of the powder (psyllium) at the bottom of the glass that did not mix well, so I simply added a bit more water to get every last bit of it.
The drink mix is sweetened with stevia, so it is sweet. But that makes it more palatable than simply chugging down a glass of psyllium husk mixed with water. That is not pleasant. This drink mix has a nice flavor, though a bit sweet. I just added a bit more water the next time I mixed it up, to dilute the sweetness.
This is an easy way to incorporate a healthy soluble fiber into your daily routine, once or twice a day. However, there are warnings on the label to remind people to use enough water when taking the supplement. In addition, a warning for people with swallowing problems to not use the product.
This psyllium powder drink is a tasty way to get your daily source of soluble fiber. A good way to start the day. Easy and tasty.

What I love about this product is that it does taste great. Now if you don’t like sugar, than you may think that last sip is over powering, but I just drink a glass of water behind it to flush my mouth.
I am not getting the same effects that every one else is. It still takes days for a bowel movement, but that is better than what I was dealing with before, so I will consider that a win. I am a fan of Dr. Tobias products. They always seem to work for me.

I’ve used Dr Tobias products in the past and have always known them to be premium quality. So as someone who normally uses a different brand of psyllium husk capsules, I figured I would give this a try.
It definitely met and even exceeded my expectations.
The powder is fine and consistent.
The taste is lively and flavorful.
And of course, the quality of the ingredients is exceptional.
Overall, this is a great product and easily earns 5 stars from me!

This colon cleanser works. The fiber helps everything to keep flowing in your bowls. Has a good taste, too. I like that it is made by a reputable company, too. I highly recommend it.
