I bought these for my grand daughter. I used to use the Dr. Smiths cream when my daughters were babies. It took away any diaper rash very quickly. This product is fantastic and quick to alleviate rash issues.

I first purchased this product many years ago at the recommendation of our pediatrician. The best thing about it was that we could tell if the daycare used the correct cream on our son because this cream does not have an odor like Destin and almost all other parents brought Destin. As far as how it works, it works amazingly well if you apply a thicker layer of cream. We tried many others that were supposedly great, but in our opinion they are not as good as Dr. Smith’s.
We still purchase this cream because I have started using it for other skin issues because it works so well. I would says it’s a miracle worker and it does not smell like diaper cream. Put it on a skin issue before you go to bed and chances are that it will be gone in the morning.

This is the only diaper rash ointment that has consistently worked for my son whom has sensitive skin. Zinc Oxide is the gold standard here. And I can actually recognize the other ingredients on the label and can therefore trust my son’s delicate skin with them…beeswax, lanolin, mineral oil, purified water, etc. No ingredients here you can’t pronounce or that sound like a chemistry project. And MADE IN THE USA!
The paste itself is very consistent and holds up to my son’s very active day. And just a little bit goes a long way! We’ve applied this to our son’s rash as needed and have noticed relief of his symptoms within hours and certainly overnight.
This brand has been around for decades. I trust that heritage. I trust the ingredients and it being made in the USA. Finally, I trust this product because I’ve seen it work personally.

My poor baby pees and poos so much that no matter if we changed him every 30min-1hr he got a rash. I tried all the creams out there and it kept getting worse. My mother in law then told me about this cream she used 8years ago when my niece was a baby and she swore by it!!
