The product arrived damaged. There was moisture damage to the soft gels and all of them are clumped together.

Who knows for sure if a product works. When it comes to supplements, we don’t really know but we do read that the Omegas are important and to me they are more important than vitimins. I believe what I have read aobut them. Only time will tell, however. I am on Prednisone and doc said Omegas are important for balance. As I siad, who really knows. there is a rating system for OTC products and no one has reviewd Dr Sinatra’s meds. I am waiting for that evaluation.
