I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for many years and was looking for a quality, inexpensive fix. These insoles work well and so I bought several packages. I use them for golf, and dress shoes. The arch is perfect for me and the cushioning is great without causing the shoes to fit too small.

I wear size 14 shoe and I got to the point to try anything to rid the pain in my feet. These are a size to small but they help relieve the pain and that is a big plus. They fit in my shoes comfortably and I do not notice the size difference. I am on my second pair now and they are still helping with the pain. Nothing will help a complete relief of the pain but they make walking a lot easier.

I got slapped with some serious foot pain last summer; it stretched on for months, me hobbling about on it, before I finally saw my doc about it. I was sure I would need surgery, but was told, “No, you need to get a golf ball and some plantar fasciitis insoles.” The golf ball is used to roll around under foot to stretch the internals of that foot while the insoles- Hey. I put ’em in my shoes as soon as they arrived and I could get them out of the package and within days, I was walking about more normally and with lessened pain! Will this be YOUR experience? The doc said it would be mine and was right. The insoles fit nicely into my shoes AND are-Well, they’re just pleasant to wear! My feet almost instantly felt great. They’ll soon help get you walking around normally, too, I’d bet. Never thought just an insole could do so much for me, but this is one of those purchases I’d make and remake over and over if asked and I want you to do the same if you suffer through what I did.

When I first started using these my feet would throb but now that I’ve had them for a few months I love them. They’re so comfortable and my feet don’t hurt anymore after long shifts as a CNA.

These did not work for me. There was not enough room in my shoes for these insoles and my foot to still fit. The only way I could use them is if my shoes had removable insoles or were a full size larger. I don’t have either so I returned them. Unfortunately I cannot speak about comfort, cushioning, arch support, etc. Since I was not able to actually try them. They felt like a good quality insole though.

I purchased my first pair of these insoles as a trial with my most commonly used daily shoes, but I have since purchased two more pairs, one for my “other” dailies and the other, believe it or not, for a pair of slippers I wear in the house to keep the outdoor crud off the carpets.
I’m impressed with the improvement in my fasciitis-effected left foot and, in general, with the feeling of arch support. All three pairs of shoes are now more comfortable and yield reduced foot fatigue through the day. But I must mention something else about this product, namely how perfectly these insoles fit the three very different pairs of shoes I have them in. In my size 11½ shoes, these fit snuggly, with no fore-and-aft play. They stay properly positioned at all times. The reason I go on about this is that it was a pleasant surprise; a more generic set of insoles I used previously in the same shoes would not stay put and so positioned the arch support sometimes in the wrong place. I realize that everybody’s feet are different, but this excellent result in three different pairs of shoes seems like a recommendation of its own.

My wife popped these into her winter shoes. She is quite delighted that these are much better than the ones she uses (same company different product) in her other shoes. The support is great and makes walking far more comfortable. It was easy to cut to size with scissors. The price is also quite reasonable.
