While the main arch support is good, and there is some secondary arch support, there is almost no padding. It kind of cradles the foot instead of giving support to the main pressure areas. It feels like what a good supportive shoe might feel like if it was missing its insert. I expected support AND cushion. This is not it.

I’ve had trouble with my shoes lately and need more support but my shoes are all still good. These have helped a lot. They give me more arch support and make my shoes just the slightest bit tighter (I think some of them have stretched out because they were a bit loose) so that I can walk more easily without my feet slipping around. The heel is nice too since it gives me a bit more stability there with the edges that turn up a bit. I had some concerns cutting them to size because the shape doesn’t quite match my shoes but honestly I haven’t even noticed. I liked them a lot so I ordered another pair for one of my other pairs of shoes that I wear regularly.

This is an excellent value for your money. I had to trim just a little bit to fit into my shoe but it was perfect. You do not hear any noise whatsoever. It adheres to the inside of your shoe perfectly. I highly recommend this to anyone who has plantar fasciitis and has to be on your feet all day long. I don’t know how I made it through the day before I bought this product. My feet are healthy and pain-free. The fit is great

BUY THEM! I was a bit skeptical but is a game changer, I spend 10 hrs on my feet, no sitting, moving around and my feet were killing me but not anymore, this helps so much. I wear them with Crocs, it might be uncomfortable at first but after first use it was fine. Tip: cut them with a pocket knife since scissors might not be as precise.

As I have gotten older, my legs hurt more. I work on a concrete floor and these help with the pain after being on my feet all day. They offer good support and are comfortable in most shoes. I do not use them in all shoes because they are think and make some pairs uncomfortable.
These are better than some insoles I have used and I always wear these when I wear flat sneakers (ie Converse, Keds) as they have absolutely no support on their own.
Not accurate sizing –
I was skeptical in buying insoles for myself, but I didn’t want to throw out my shoes so I finally gave in and heard Dr. Schols was the best brand. For my first pair of insoles they definitely did the job for me and made my heels very comfortable throughout my 10hr shift at the warehouse. Will definitely buy another pair for my other pair of tennis shoes.

The quality is really nice, they last a good 6 months straight with little wear and tear. I have a job where I’m always on my feet, and these help reduce pain and gives me the ankle support I need without forcing my foot into an unatural arch (I have flat feet). The material when trying to fit it to size was easy to cut off. Worth the money, I’ve bought them twice now and I plan to replace them as needed for the foreseeable future.
