This is great for children who have not learned to swallow a pill. The taste is also appealing to them, making it easy to either stir into water or give by the spoonful. We don’t use this every day, but dose up when we get the sniffles.
As a parent, I also appreciate that it can be taken in spoon form, like a food. I don’t want to teach my child that consuming pills is an everyday, natural thing. We ideally should be getting all of our nutrients from our food, not supplements or pills. When that’s not possible, I think being able to offer this in spoon format, somewhat helps prevent normalizing pill consumption.

It tastes awfully sweet. Very thick. I’m sure it’s packed with Vitamin C, but I can’t tell. Tastes like candy.

It’s a great quality liposomal Vitamin C, it’s gentler on the stomach than regular Vit C. It’s a liquid so it’s easy to swallow, if you don’t like pills, and the taste grows on you. If you like oranges and vanilla you’ll like the taste.

I wanted a Vit. C product that I could take before bed without drinking water. I normally like and trust Mercola products, but this we just way too sweet. It was pretty disgusting. I like to take at least 1,000 – 3,000 mg of Vit C/day. I did two tablespoons full of this and thought I was going to throw up.
Then the next day- I thought maybe I just took too much at one time… even though I have no sensitivity to large quantities of Vit C normally in any form. I took just a little bit, was totally turned off by it, and I was so sad that this was such horribly concentrated stuff. I looked at the ingredients and wasn’t worried about any of it, but the concentration of sweetness activates the gag reflex if you take any more than about a teaspoon full. I had a monthly subscription and I cancelled it. Vitamin C crystals in straight honey would have been a treat compared to this product.

If something has to taste bad to be good for you, then this product wins in spades. I was going straight from the measuring spoon, but I started to dread those sessions. I’m not giving it 5 stars only because I’m not 100% sold that liposomal is the ‘best’ way to ingest vitamin C.

I just got it today and was wondering about taste because of lots of reviews saying it’s taste terrible
So I don’t know yet about future benefits
But I know it’s very delicious to me
I was shaking it gently up and down and rolling it at the same time
And it was delicious and nothing like describing it in the reviews
Maybe because they didn’t mix it well and correctly
Or maybe they are too picky but I am not
It has a sweet mandarin orange like taste with little taste of “Purality Health Liposomal Magnesium which I really like and eat instead of candy :))
Which lots of people don’t like that magnesium taste but it is most delicious dessert along with “Purality Health “ Liposomal Mushrooms

I am on low sugar diet and these are not only sweet without sugar but very tasty to me personally
I cannot get enough of it and eat lot more than suggested dosage because of addictive taste
Of course Purality Health is different company
But they have similar taste
The only I didn’t like Purality Health probiotic taste because they didn’t make it sweet and delicious like magnesium and mushrooms
So I cannot say that about all products but only some of them that taste great
And Dr. Mercola’s Liposomal Vitamin C is delicious also
I bought one just to try
Now I am going order more because I can’t afford Purality Health Liposomal Vitamin C and I don’t know how it is taste because it’s crazy priced and only 15 doses
But this Liposomal Vitamin C from Dr Mercola is affordable and I believe same or even better than other one
