My husband has been taking shots for one eye with Macular D for YEARS and in other eye-most recently (7 months ago) discovered the MD &that the shots were not working–that alarmed the Dr and my husband…He has been taking a AREDS 2 for years…This product ups the active ingredient and within a month the “shots” started working SUDDENLY…call it what you wish, I do believe it was due to this product. Will continue to take it as long as it is available…

This product contains sunflower oil. This was not listed on the product information. The only way to see it contains this toxic oil is by looking at pictures of the product. I will not purchase it again.
