When I opened the bottle (it was safety sealed) there were only EIGHT capsules and there should have been 60! I am very upset because these are very expensive at $29.97 a bottle. I feel like the company stole $26 from me because there isn’t a return policy. I really like Dr. Mercola but I am afraid to order again. I just don’t have the money to burn. Ugh!

I love Dr. Mercola and his products, but this one did not work for me. I used the product daily for six months or more and developed pins and needles and found that I was B12 deficient at my most recent doctor visit. This product also has niacin in it, as you may expect, but that can also add to a sensation of pins and needles. I recommend getting your blood checked regularly to make sure that you’re absorbing the vitamins you are supplementing your diet with, particularly if you have physical symptoms that point you in that direction. I have to admit I’ve tried many other B complex vitamins without great results. So I was extra pleased when I tried one more time, based on the name recognition. I noticed a major change in my ability to handle stress with the first dose. No afternoon slump, much calmer and more relaxed at my very stressful job. Other vitamin B complex would just go right through me and I ended up with expensive urine. These barely change the color and I can sense that they are being absorbed and used. Just ordered my second bottle and set up a subscription because I don’t wanna be without these
