Can’t really give a review on how well it works, Due to the fact that you need to take it at least 30 days for the difference, it can start showing. But so far so good.

I started taking Hyaluronic acid a few of months ago (different brands) and I’ve noticed improved skin turgor in my forearms, so I was interested in trying this liposomal variety (said to be more absorbable) of Hyaluronic Acid. Safety is always first though, so a brief look at Dr Mercola products and their transparency, Accountability and Quality comes first.
Transparency: Dr Joseph Mercola is the Developer of the Dr Mercola supplements line. He has a large web presence in his ‘Mercola Market’. They claim their products are Physician Formulated. He sits at the helm of a multimillion-dollar health business spanning books, products and online content. Per the web site, “All our products are formulated by Dr. Mercola and are thoroughly researched and developed with you in mind by our team of scientists, engineers and specialists.”
Accountability: They claim all of their products “are professionally tested for contamination, adulteration, potency and performance”, and that they “undergo micro testing and heavy metal analysis, and all products go through a sensory and quality analysis prior to release”. Mercola does not claim 3rd party lab testing, although they do claim that their products “are tested at multiple stages during production and again after production for stability or failure analysis”. They claim to follow Good Manufacturing Practices, but do not claim to be GMP certified (which is my personal gold standard).
QUALITY: These capsules are a speckled tan color with a faint neutral scent. They are easy for me to swallow. At one per day this is a 30 day supply. These are 100 mg, whereas the brand I currently use is 200 mg. However the brand I’m using does not have liposomal delivery, and these do, so in theory I’ll be absorbing much more of that 100 mg.
I ordered this product because I thought Dr Mercola products to be a reputable brand. My preference is for products which are verifiably GMP certified and or verifiably third party tested (which is why 4 stars instead of 5), but having a vitamin line that’s still going strong after 20 plus years provides a history that gives me the confidence to use their products.

I’ve been taking these supplements for a couple weeks now and am happy with them. They are a mid sized pill and relatively easy to swallow with no issues. They have no poor aftertaste to speak of and no ill effects thus far from taking. Bottle comes with a decent amount of pills to get you started with this supplement (or to continue on an already established diet of them). No complaints!

I have used hyaluronic acid in cosmetics for several years on my face with limited success but have never tried ingesting it. This Mercola Liposomal Hyaluronic Acid is supposed to be better absorbed and helps internally as well as skin and hair. The capsules are easy to swallow but this is only a 30 day supply so not sure that will be long enough to notice a difference on dry skin and hair.

This is my favorite skin supplement. I use it daily, and I recommend it. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no after taste.

Because I’ve only used hyaluronic acid as a serum on my face, I’m eager to see what results come from taking the Dr. Mercola Liposomal Hyaluronic Acid capsules for a month. I will update this review with whatever results I see in a month, if any. It is supposed to help with redness and wrinkles – I hope it does! For now, I’ll just rate it three stars since I haven’t tried it yet, but I do have high hopes as this brand is very good.

The collagen powder I was using discontinued adding HA so I had to find a supplement. These have done the trick and my skin continues to benefit from the HA.
