I am very happy with this enzyme supplement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. They do not bother my stomach and so far they’ve been great!

I took these daily for a month and didn’t notice any differences in how I felt. On the upside, they didn’t cause any bloating or upset stomach like some products I have tried. It’s possible they just weren’t for my body or my body didn’t really need a digestive boost.

But, not for my problem meals. The suggestion on the bottle is take with every meal. I usually take enzymes with one meal a day and then bump it up now and then if I have something I’m not digesting well after a meal. These don’t seem to help with that little extra kick I need now and then. So, for every day general digestion these are ok, but I have other enzyme combinations that help a lot more that I don’t have to take with every meal.

The enzyme supplement is easy to wallow, doesn’t have any after taste and seems to help decrease my stomach issues. Note I am also watching my dietary intake while taking these supplements.
