This Jelly Bear Lip Mask is excellent!
Ease of application:
It arrived and has stayed in a semi-solid state… it doesn’t really look like the product images but it doesn’t affect the application. It’s still very easy to swab with your finger or a lip applicator.
No sticky or tacky feel:
One thing I tend to hate about lip products like these is the gross tacky feel they leave behind. This lip mask doesn’t do that!
It feels like a cross between vaseline and chapstick when being applied but quickly absorbs into your lips, so you’re only left with a hydrated/dewy feel.
Plumping:
I have somewhat thin lips that seem to retreat into themselves even more when they’re dry. This lip mask helps plump them to a healthy level, without making you look like you were stung by a bee.
Overall, this mask is a great option for anyone looking to keep their lips healthy and hydrated!

I wanted to write this off as yet another lip gloss/balm, because that’s what it seems like when you first use it. It’s the kind of product you run your finger over a few times to “melt” and then apply to your lips. It doesn’t melt as soft as other balms of this type, which is actually a good thing so you don’t end up using too much product. It’s not super thick or sticky and has no taste or smell. But it feels and looks like pretty much every other balm/gloss I’ve used.
The thing that got me, though, was the subtle realization that after applying it during the day my lips don’t end up drier or flakier and I don’t need to reapply it a ton of times during the day. When I used it at night, I noticed my lips stayed moisturized well into the next morning without needing another application. And the longer I use it, the better my lips feel. I definitely have NOT seen that with other lip glosses/balms. It absolutely delivers on the promise of intense hydration and smoother lips.

I loved the jar that this came in and I also appreciated the clean, fragrance free and tint free formula with this product. I have used and loved a lot of overnight lip masks. Compared to those other famous competing masks, I found that this product applies more like a thick balm to my lips and that was helpful at preventing my mask from rubbing off on my pillow or blanket overnight. My lips still feel like they have a layer of this mask on them in the morning, which I don’t usually find to be the case. I like that this product has no tint that can rub off and stain my bedsheets. The value for this product is decent and comparable to other competing full sized lip masks. The only thing that I think could improve the product is possibly an applicator that allows you to apply the mask without dipping a finger into the pot.

The packaging is so adorable, the lip mask feels nice on my lips, but after using it for the last week, my lips are not any better than they were before I started to use it.
I think its a gimmick personally. I will pass it on to my teen because she will love it.

This balm delivers a rich feeling that glides on smoothly, providing long-lasting hydration. A bit of tackyness to it once on the lips, so I think it’s better to put on at night before bed. It’s particularly effective in combating dry, chapped lips, something I struggle with in these dry cold months. While the jar packaging may be less convenient than a tube, I just use a toothpick to scoop some out to not containment the rest.

As someone who constantly struggles with dry lips (due to living in a desert state), I am always on the hunt for hydrating balm and lip masks. This mask is what I’d hoped for! It comes in the cutest little bear container. It does not have a scent or taste which is perfect for those who are sensitive to fragrance. It is a thick balm that melts onto your finger and then spreads easily onto your lips. It leaves my lips feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. It is a little thicker than traditional lip balm but it is a lip mask, so that is what I would expect. Overall, super cute, hydrating product. It’s a win for me.

This is a very cute vial of lip hydrating material that is an all around good moisturizer. I wouldn’t say it’s transformed my lips but it does keep them moist so I keep this in a location of the house I’m likely to need extra lip support so it’s always handy, but it doesn’t replace my very simple go-to pure vaseline that I use nightly and keep next to my bed.
