Tried a box of this a month ago and stopped because of horrendous acid reflux. Got another box today, having no idea how this got on auto delivery because I did NOT choose that! It’s unopened and apparently I can’t return this stuff! Buyer Beware!

I had tried a different brand of DAO and wasn’t seeing results. I saw an online review of the best DAO enzymes and of several tested, this one had the best overall efficacy. I think the capsule that protects the components from being broken down by the stomach may be the secret to its success. I have only taken them a few days but I’m already seeing some very positive results. If you are having histamine issues after eating, these are definitely worth trying.

Seems to work great. As long as I stick to a relatively low histamine diet these seem to help that last 20% to keep me in check.
I like the fact that the Vit. C and quercitin are built in with it. No need to build my own cocktail or vitamins every time I eat.

I later found out I have issues with acidic vitamin C and can only take Ester C, so I needed to take that pill out of the container.

I was hesitant to try these, partly because the price per HDU is so much less than the brands I’d been buying. I wasn’t sure they would be as effective. I’m very happy with them, and the card is so easy to carry in my purse.
