I have to say, I do like all but the citrus…it’s so gross. Why can’t you sell the flavors on their own and let the customer decide what flavor they want?

I put off buying these based off the reviews bc of some people saying the flavors were bad. I waited to leave a review until I tried all the flavors in the pack. There isn’t one flavor I don’t like. They’re all pretty pleasant to me. I mix one packet into a 16.9 oz water bottle, and that seems to be a good ratio. I haven’t noticed anything on energy level, but I do have issues with drinking water( I don’t drink enough water throughout the day) so these were recommended to me. The one complaint I do have, is that they’re pricey. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again due to that fact.

Premium electrolyte powder. I appreciate the convenient single serve packaging and the flavor assortment. It doesn’t have an artificial sweetener taste like many similar products. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been struggling to drink enough water and I have been using these electrolyte packets and all I can say is WOW!! They have a great taste and I feel instantly better, more energy and hydrated. I’ve tried all different kinds of brands of electrolytes and this is by far the best one and it’s made by doctors. Will definitely be buying a lot more of these since they taste the best and have great ingredients.

Tried 2 flavors so far, citrus and fruit punch. Neither one tasted good. I drank them because I’d been doing physical work and wanted to stay hydrated. Despite not enjoying flavor, I drank and it certainly quenched my thirst and helped sustain energy. Had to add ice to mask the slightly sour taste. Perhaps the other flavors will be better. I like that there’s no added sugar and that these are doctor formulated and more natural than popular electrolyte drinks. I’ll drink for the benefits not the taste.

I ordered this because I needed more hydration, and it was a suggestion by my dr. I just tried the fruit punch. In my opinion, the taste is terrible. Sour and bitter. I’m not sure if I will try the others.

Came at a good price and tasted great! I like that it’s doctor approved—I don’t really trust the artificial ingredients in other products. And it has ingredients like magnesium which are natural to the body but rarely replenished by these kinds of drinks. It hydrates really, really well. Definitely ordering again!
