This mask stopped working after a few weeks. It just shuts off after 3 seconds. Hopefully this company is willing to refund or change this faulty product

I’m very loyal to the brand Dr Dennis Gross, I’ve been using his skin care products for about 7 years now and I love almost everything. I’ve been very skeptical about LED light treatments especially around the eye area, but finally gave up and got this device. So far it has been about 6 weeks of everyday use and I think I’m starting to see slight improvement. Not drastic though. I didn’t notice any difference in puffiness or dark circles but it seems that the crow feet looking less deep.
The device is well made. Super easy to use. The way it sits on the face is pretty comfortable because it has some silicone ‘padding’ and it feels soft on the skin. I like that it’s timed and it automatically shuts off in 3 min. Even though I keep my eyes closed within this time , I find the light very bright, it took me a few sessions to get used to it. Overall nice addition to the skin care routine but it’s not magic.

I have been using this for about 10 months now, and I honestly can’t really say if it’s doing much for me. My skin and eye area have really been in good shape, so I can’t say if it’s because of this, or other products I’m using. But I can say that this is honestly kind of fun for me to use, and it doesn’t seem to be hurting anything. This is rechargeable so I typically charge it at night when I need to, and the charge will last for quite a few uses before I need to charge it again, which I like. It has a timer, so I usually use it first thing in the morning, before I put sunscreen on because the instructions say that sunscreen will block the light. I wear this while I read my emails in the morning, or drink my morning cup of tea, and then when the lights go off, I take it off and start my morning skincare routine. Because it only takes a few minutes, it’s easy to use daily without feeling like it’s eating up your time. It’s fairly comfortable to wear and has a gentle padding to the material that sits around the lights on your eyes. Again, I’m not sure how effective it is, but it certainly hasn’t hurt anything, and I find it kind of fun so if it’s within your price range, because it is a bit spendy, I would absolutely recommend it!

This Eye Care Max Pro treatment is a must-have addition to your skincare routine. The manufacturer’s attention to detail is evident in the packaging, which shows they care about the consumer. The product itself is high-end and well thought out. As someone who is familiar with the benefits of red light therapy treatments and owns one, I was intrigued by this product’s unique design and style. The mask securely straps on which ensures that the LED light is evenly distributed over the desired area, making it more effective than manually covering the area, which can be time consuming. Product is super easy to use and comfortable to wear (suggestion: I would prefer a different type of strap. This rubber one tugs down on my hair). I haven’t encountered any adverse effects. Also, to see true results it’s recommended to consistently use 3mns a day for 10 weeks. Overall, I would be more than pleased to recommend this product to all of my friends and family!

This mask is easy to use and easy to charge/recharge. It has an indicator light that lets you know when it’s charging. Unfortunately, it does not give an indicator of when it is low on charge, so try to remember to charge it occasionally so it’s ready for you to use. Using it is a cinch. You just put it on, push the button to turn on the lights, and then it turns off automatically after 3 minutes. Don’t look into the lights, and don’t try to walk around a dark house with this mask, because it’s very hard to see with it in the dark. Follow those couple of rules, and you’ll be fine.
What you’re really wondering is whether it actually produces results though, right? Well, I am dumbfounded by the amazing results! I’ve used this mask for 3 months now. I truly did not expect to see any changes, but I took a picture back in May and another 3 months later in August, and I can actually see a decrease in the wrinkles under and around my eyes. I was skeptical when I got this, but it has far exceeded my expectations. I will continue using this super hero-looking mask every day. Really, I’m shocked by the results. Get one.

I was very excited to try this mask and it did work well… for about three days. It won’t hold a charge now and can only turn on for about three seconds. It’s a huge bummer.

I have been using this red light therapy for the eyes for almost two weeks and I have definitely noticed a change in the skin around my eyes. It is very easy to use. Just charge it with USBC and turn it on. I found the adjustable band was really loose for me. I eventually just pulled it beyond the bumps, as far as it would go, and that seems to have fixed that for me. Once you turn it on you just sit there and wait for it to turn off. It shuts off after the recommended treatment time. I make sure my skin is freshly washed and dried. When I finish I just wipe it down and put it in the storage case.
Even my husband has noticed a change in my skin and said it is glowing. After I finish with the mask I put on my skin care- toner, propolis, eye cream/serum, moisturizer, and spf (if its daytime). I don’t usually wear makeup daily so I feel like that helps the skin as well. I will continue to use this product. Although. for the price I don’t know if I would purchase it again. If you are someone who is into skin care no matter the cost and takes it very seriously then this is probably a good buy. I can’t wait to see full results after weeks of use.

Received used item. Box was not sealed upon arrival. White charging cord had orange streaking on it and I found a hair in the box from previous customer who had it. I was excited to get and try this device but didn’t get the chance since I received a used item. So disgusted, disappointed, and repulsed especially with the price. There’s no excuse for me to have received used product. I immediately requested a refund and mailed it back. Still waiting on my refund!
