These anti-reflux pills seem to be of very good quality. They have a very mild, plant-material scent. I have been trying to eat non-inflammatory foods, so that may have helped as well, but I am doing a little better after having taken a few rounds of these pills. We will see how they work in the long run.
I like the ingredients. Nothing made in a lab and none of the ingredients are irritating, unless you are particularly sensitive to ginger. I can eat too much ginger for sure, but I don’t feel any kind of burn in the belly when I eat these. From what I can find online, Dr. Barry’s products are good quality, and the bottle I got definitely appears to be the real thing. It was sealed and has both the lot number and expiration date printed on the bottom.
Overall, I think these are worth a shot if you’re fighting acid reflux. I wouldn’t expect immediate results, since the ingredients are not hard-core pharmaceuticals. This is a gentler remedy that takes longer to yield results.

I’ve been using Dr. Barry’s Reflux Essential for a few weeks now, hoping it would help with my acid reflux symptoms, but unfortunately, I haven’t experienced much improvement. While the product claims to support digestive health and alleviate reflux, I’ve noticed little to no effect on my condition.
I followed the recommended dosage and took it consistently, but my symptoms (like heartburn and discomfort) have persisted at the same level. I also didn’t experience any noticeable benefits in terms of stomach irritation or overall digestion.
On the positive side, the product is easy to take, with no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. The ingredients seem solid, and I was optimistic when I started, but I just didn’t see the results I had hoped for.
For anyone dealing with chronic reflux, I’d suggest considering other options or discussing with a healthcare professional. This one just didn’t do it for me.

I have one (or two depending on how you count them) chronic stomach issues. Over more than a decade, I’ve tried nearly every type of remedy to settle a stomach. So, I’m very experienced on this topic.
The supplement components include many of the top line standard stomach settling elements, along with a cocktail of others I’ve not seen all in one place.
I don’t review efficacy of health supplements since it’s difficult to be comprehensive in a short window of time. And I’m not particularly experiencing reflux or other significant symptoms atm. But I will say the components of this supplement are things I have tried which have been, in different ways, somewhat effective for me. And, as previously noted, I’ve not seen them all together in one supplement.
There are a number of reliability indicators I look for, including US mfg, Amazon and web store (not listed on bottle), expiry/lot info stamped separately, standard FDA labeling. These give me reasonable confidence the product a) contains what it claims and b) is free of impurities.
At $1.50/pill (recommended dose), they are not cheap, but if you are a sufferer, they might be worth having on hand if you are feeling GERDy or before bed if you’re worried about being awakened by a spicy meal.

Came in-date, sealed, and in tact. On paper it seems like these should be helpful for digestive health and reflux. I have not noticed any changes since I began using the product, but will report back if anything does. At a current asking price of $30, this is a pretty expensive product, especially for only a 30 day supply.
