This is one of the better supplements for anxiety/falling a sleep that I have found over the years. Unfortunately the capsules are HUGE and hard to swallow, which is a true bummer.

I purchased these capsules to help manage stress and anxiety. They have not helped me in any way. I do not feel calmer or less stressed. They offer no help with getting to sleep or sleeping better. The positives were no stomach upset or indigestion or any allergic reaction. I think the product is rather pricey. As there has been no benefit, I will not purchase them again.

I use 1GABA when I wake up in the middle of the night and it helps to get me back to sleep. No side effects the next day.

I have taken this product many times in my life and usually the pills stay white. The efficacy of this product is very good. It definitely calms down my brain and body. But I am not sure what happened to this particular batch and when I contacted Brian MD directly they said I would have to contact Amazon and since I ordered this particular bottle five months ago, it doesn’t seem like there is a way that I can get a refund or a new bottle. Super disappointed as I have a good amount of capsules left. Stored in a cool, dry place as always also.

i take these every day and they really help my anxiety and anger. easy to take with no smells, but should be taken with food or will make you nauseous
