Looking up the ingredients it does look like it should help with liver and kidney health and other things. The ingredients all have a long history of use so I assume it all moderately safe.
I haven’t had any negative side effects yet so I dont have any reason to discredit it.

I take a few supplements already, but I reached for this supplement, because I’m not taking anything that aims at helping me eliminate water and support my kidneys. I can’t be sure when I will notice an improvement, but I feel safe taking these pills, because the ingredients list reads like vegetation I might find growing in my back yard. I don’t eat enough vegetables, and taking these pills might even count toward my daily vegetable intake. The pills look maybe a little smaller than average supplement size and are easy to swallow. They have no taste and the bottle smells rather neutral, perhaps like a field of dandelions. The expiration date indicates they have a shelf life of about two years. The suggested number of capsules to take a day is six, but, being careful, I started with two and worked my way up without any problems. At six capsules a day, the bottle only lasts two weeks, so it becomes an ongoing investment. Based on Dr. Morse’s reputation, I’ll keep going for a few more weeks to see what effects I can notice.

At $35 I think the price is very expensive. I deducted one star for the price.

Easy to swallow, no taste or aftertaste. The capsules have a slight smell, but it smells like natural ingredients or dietary fiber, and does not affect the taste. After 3 weeks I don’t notice anything good, bad or otherwise. So I guess it just depends if you want/believe in the ingredients. If these are the nutrients you want, then this is probably a good source. Maybe a bit expensive overall…
