Now, I know some of you are wondering about the dreaded “fish burps” and whether this product will cause them. I will be honest and say I’ve had a few very mild instances of fish burps, but mostly due to not consuming enough liquid when taking the capsules. I was told to refrigerate them to cut down on the burps, and I’m pretty sure that’s been an important factor in only having a few mild instances. When I take the capsules with a fair amount of liquid, 4-6 oz. in most cases, I have no problems. I just need to make sure to drink lots when taking them, and no problem. I’ve also found that taking them prior to a meal works exceptionally well as all the extra swallowing and such ensures the capsules go down all the way.
