My pet has really bad allergies the vet says. And a skin condition that I was previously (for the past 31/2 years) giving her apporquil to control the sores and dryness, itching bad. But I was reading a article about a lack of vitamin zinc in her diet could cause the condition and sometimes worse

Good stuff for lowering cortisol levels before bed. 1 capsule (30mg Zinc) with a light snack for good Zinc absorption works well for me. It lowers cortisol levels for about 4 hrs.
If I wake up, I use another method for falling back to sleep, because I do t want to overdo it on the Zinc.
Excellent quality. My favorite brand.

I have been taking Zinc to counteract copper toxicity and this is the FIRST one I have found that does not upset my stomach and that does not contain copper. Additionally, I do not tolerate gelatin capsules well, so am pleased that these capsules are cellulose. My only complaint is that they contain magnesium stearate, which is quite controversial–I tolerate it, but am unsure as to its long-term safety.

Wonderful product, best results. Significant results and best I’ve used. I’ve taken Zinc supplements for over 20 years aiding my health and have not felt significant results until I started taking this one 6 months ago.
