Let me say that I have never in 67 years had good nails and I have tried many solutions. I started this product on March 26. My nails were flaking and chipping into the quick. They had ridges that would split with the least amount of growth. Today, May 28, I have salon beautiful nails painted a lovely red. I am a gardener and hobbyist so I am ruff on my nails. I took the recommended dosage and simply put them with my nightly meds so I didn’t forget them. The new nail has to grow from the nail bed, so don’t give up. Just try one bottle, taken diligently, I don’t think you will be sorry. Also, this morning my hairdresser commented that my hair had grown more than usual. I have thick hair already and purchased just for nail benefits, but, apparently lives up to its expectations in that area also. I will also be trying some of their other products!!

When I take this product, my hair noticeably falls out less and I can see little new growth. My nails also are noticeably stronger, and thus longer. Works better than any other product like it that I have tried.

Don’t you wish there would be some kind of neon light that goes off to tell you when vitamins or supplements actually do you some good? As I sit here trying to find emery boards, I have to admit this stuff clearly does work. The difference in my nails is undeniable: they’re growing faster, longer and harder. Can’t miss it. Effect on skin and hair is more subtle, but it’s impossible to miss the change in my nails.
