Doesn’t have an after taste. Fairly easy to mix. Better blended consistency with a hand mixer or blender. You can add to just about any food or drink. I didn’t care for it in water personally. I feel like it has made a difference for me as far as a good collagen supplement.

So the first thing I noted was how clean and light it tasted as well so it was easily mixed in anything I tried or sprinkled in a cereal or what have you was all good. The next thing I waited to see the potency effect and only within a few days could tell it was adding to my system well and that’s good as I was using another brand at the time when I switched so the potency is first class in my opinion without a doubt. The only thing I have really noticed with this product is the protein in it helps me have more energy and feel less shakey when I drink my coffee.
