I have has fewer mussel spams but not convinced that it is from the product. Will continue taking two caps each day for the full month and make my determination at that time.

I take magnesium daily for multiple reasons, typically in the morning with my first meal and at night a little while before bedtime. I find it helps me sleep and prevents leg cramps, plus its part of an electrolyte supplement routine I do. Its easy to swallow and I used an American quarter for reference to the size. My system tolerated it well and this type of magnesium is usually easily absorbed. Recommended.

4. No other vitamins or minerals added.
5. Expiration date two years out.
Concerns:
Although the company states rigid testing, including 3rd-party testing, the bottle does not have a verification stamp from the company that does the testing. Also checked their website and no 3rd party lab identified or a COA provided. Without identifying the lab on the label, the consumer has no verifiable way to determining what is in the bottle. They do have a GMP certified facility, but that is not the same as 3rd Party Testing.
