I have used this brand of vitamins in other formulas in my senior years with great success, so when I found this multivitamin with everything I need, I was excited to try it! When I first opened the bottle and looked at the vitamins, I thought “yikes!”, because the serving size is 3 capsules and because they just looked huge (they’re really not after I tried them!). I was also not clear on how I should take the three— all at once or one at three times a day. So I emailed the company to ask that and received a very PROMPT AND COURTEOUS RESPONSE that I will share since it may help someone else: “Regarding the dosage instructions, the recommended usage is to take 3 capsules daily after meals. You have the flexibility to take all three capsules at once or spread them out throughout the day. The key is to take them after meals for better absorption”
That cleared up my confusion and since despite looking like “horse pills” to me at first, they are EXTREMELY EASY TO SWALLOW!! So, I am 100% happy with these multivitamins and I highly recommend them !!

Not too crazy about these vitamins..
You have to take multiple capsules for a full dose, which can make it difficult to swallow since capsules are a little bigger.. there is no taste but it got stuck in my throat a couples times leaving a bad aftertaste and smell.

I was looking for a multivitamin with magnesium glycinate, zinc citrate, boron, amongst others as well. I feel energetic and healthy after taking these

I brought a bottle of this multivitamin in to my doctor and he told me all the ingredients are the best forms that are best absorbed and was impressed that it included Vitamin K. I also take supplemental Magnesium from this brand, after he advised me to take a Magnesium supplement for blood pressure support. I have seen blood work and test results to show that both these are making a positive difference for me. The only downside I have to this multivitamin is that it has a strong vitamin odor. I only take one pill, not the 3 or so it recommends, and it is plenty for me. But I do advise taking it with food and not just water – goes down easier.

I found myself down a rabbit hole of supplements by taking vitamins and minerals separately. It got a little too much to keep up with making sure to reorder and since I was already using the magnesium from this brand I decided to give this a try. I had been feeling very low energy before starting to take these but 2 days in I realized my energy levels were right back to normal. I’m still on my first bottle but will definitely be reordering.

Did some research and decided to go with Doctor’s Best for my husband’s multi-vitamin. He isn’t crazy over the fact that he now has to take 3 pills for one serving but I think the benefits of this vitamin outweigh that slight inconvenience. This vitamin is packed with important and essential nutrients for the price from a trusted brand. Will continue to purchase these as my husband’s daily multi-vitamin.
