Bottle should have been kept at temp 68 degree otherwise would crystallized. Product was crystallized. Temperature outside 24 degrees.

I am not yet sure about success with this product but am very hopeful after my first few uses. When you open the cap on the bottle there is a plastic disk that I think is supposed to allow you to dispense the liquid by shaking it out a little at a time, but that disk is not working at all for me. I have to remove the disk each time to dispense it and that allows a lot to come out a one time, more than I want. I’m not sure if this is a defect on my bottle or not as this is my first purchase.
I would like to update this review. The plastic disk on the top of the glass bottle of the DMSO has now started popping completely off when trying to dispense the liquid. I have lost nearly half the bottle of the product, just wasted. I do think this product is helping so I have transferred some of this to a smaller glass bottle and added a syringe dispenser. Not the way I wanted to use this but seems to be the best solution with this problem with this dispenser.

I work out daily, muscle pains crop up and this product does work, but not “miraculously”.
At 60s F it will gel up or crystalize – just warm it up and it will re-.liquefy.

Product seems to be fine. Bottle and label were wet. It was in a bag, no excess liquid in bag. Everything is good.
