Update: April 2023: the last few days, a cold sore has been really bothering the corner of my lips. Chapstick, cold sore treatment, moisturizers did nothing for it. It still hurt. So, last night I pulled out this tool and used it on the cold sore. No more pain. I did a second treatment this morning. There is still no pain. I feel like it has pretty much cleared it up. I really like this product.
August 2022: This isn’t an instant cure for mouth sores, but the pain does go away. I bit the inside of my cheek on Friday, so I tried this red light therapy and the white bump went away that night. I did one treatment on Saturday morning. Well, on Saturday afternoon, I bit it again in close to the same spot. So, Saturday night I did one treatment. On Sunday morning I did a treatment and Sunday night I did a treatment. Monday morning, the skin still feels a little funny, but there’s no pain, and no bump. I did one more treatment just to make sure everything goes well.
I have never researched red light therapy. The instructions tell you how to use the device, but they don’t tell you how often. I don’t like having to research the use of a product before I can properly use it. I like it when all of the instructions are included in the box. I wish it would tell you if you needed to apply the light once a day, twice a day, three times a day, etc. I would like to know at what point I no longer need to actually use it. Do I stop using it when the pain goes away, or when the skin goes back to looking like normal?
So, I guess I will just keep using it until I assume my skin is healed. On the plus side, the pain is gone today, which is the important things that I care about.

I was able to use on cold sore once yes it was easy.. I could not see any difference in my skin.Went to use again I could not get it to work again. So that would be the reason. I thought I said it CC doesn’t work. So went to the doctor and got medication and didn’t need to mess with it and for that much money it shouldn’t give me any trouble . Sorry

This is a nice red light therapy handheld device. It is sturdy and appears to be well made. It is designed for cold sore and canker sore, and has both 660nm (red) and 850nm (near infrared) lights for inflammation and pain management. It also has a built-in lens for focusing the lights at the treatment site. I tried it on my injured finger and it seemed to provide some pain relief.
The device has 2 parts to it: the upper light head and the lower handle. They come detached but easy to snap together. The light head can be rotated on the handle in order to point to the treatment area as needed. The handle has 2 buttons: a power button and a mode button. There are 2 light intensity levels: normal and high power. You press & hold the power button to turn it on, press the mode to select the intensity level and then press the power button to start. It automatically turns off after 1 minute.
The device is rechargeable via the USB-C port at the bottom of the handle. It has a built-in 1500mAh rechargeable battery. A high-quality, braided USB Type-A to Type-C charging cable is provided. A sturdy zipper carrying case and user manual are also included.
Overall, I’m pleased with this red light therapy handheld device. It is easy to use and seems to help with inflammation and pain relief. The material and build quality seems good. It is pretty expensive though. Nevertheless, it is worth giving it a try. It seems to get the job done.

After suffering one of the worst breakouts of my entire life and my normal treatment not being able to keep up I decided I needed to try something new to help with the healing process after just three treatments I can already tell a big difference. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who has this problem.

The device is very durable and lightweight, I love that it comes in it’s on carrying case so I know that I can travel with it very easily. Because there is nothing worse than being on vacation or traveling and having a canker sore and not having proper treatment.
Having suffered from canker sores for most of my life, for the last few years, have been thankful to visit a dentist that had a treatment by similar to this. And when I would go see her she would apply it in within a day or two the store would go away. It would definitely help them go away quicker.
I received this yesterday around noon and charged it immediately. It only took about 15 minutes, oddly enough to charge it fully. I’m not sure if this is because it already had some charge to it or if this is normal. But I was thankful it didn’t take that long. I had a sore on the right side of my mouth they had been there for a few days and I had one that I can feel it coming in on my left side. I use this on both of them and it felt just the same as when I would have this treatment done in the dentist office. I do like that it has two different intensity levels and that has its own one minute timer. So you don’t have to worry about overdoing it or under doing it.
Now forward to today, the one on the left side didn’t end up coming in and the one on the right side is healing progressively better than what it would without the treatment.
This device is an incredible amount of value for money and I highly recommend it for anyone who suffers from canker sore and would like an at home treatment that is not a chemical or liquid to put on it to just numb the pain.

I think I accidentally used it too often, it did not specify in the instructions, and my cold sore got significantly worse. I’ve been afraid to use it again since then.
