I was so excited to buy these for my kids since they were Dippin Dots brand/flavor. At first bite they taste good, but by the time you finish chewing they taste like the smell of wet dog/metal. The kids complained about the flavor and pretty much gagged so I tried them for myself and they were AWFUL. Do not recommend for children.

Tastes like blood. The only positive is it’s super soft so easy to chew and swallow fast so you don’t have to taste it long. It’s not pleasant.

I recently purchased these for my 11 year old daughter, she is pale, peeling nails, sluggish. She has been taking these daily with her multivitamin and is reporting that her energy level is back. The vitamins themselves taste good and do not have a bad aftertaste. These are top notch.

It’s a sugar coated gumdrop with iron, kids love it. We have 2 that get bloody noses because they are low in iron so we were recommended to get iron gummies to go with their multivitamin ( has iron also) by their physician. Honestly I thought she was crazy, no way giving them iron would stop bloody noses. Ahem, I was wrong. The bloody noses stopped about 1-2 weeks after starting the iron gummies. Well, we ran out once and one of the children on them wanted to see if it was coincidence or if it was the iron so……..he quit even after we reordered. Yep, sure enough it was the iron gummies stopping the bloody noses. I would say beyond a doubt these gummies do deliver iron effectively.
