Horjoy DIM is a decent supplement, but for the price, I expected more. Here’s why:
Pros:
Good quality: Pure, natural ingredients from cruciferous plants.
Effective dose: 200mg is enough for some, though lower than other brands.
Bonus ingredients: Sulforaphane and pomegranate extract add a detoxifying twist.
Cons:
Pricey: You can find 400mg DIM supplements for much less.
Lower dosage: Might not be strong enough for everyone.
No standout features: Other brands offer similar ingredients at better prices.
Bottom line: It’s a good DIM supplement, but not groundbreaking. For the price, I’d recommend shopping around for a higher dosage or a more unique formula. There are better options on Amazon.

I usually take DIM supplements daily to help keep my skin clear, but this one has extra ingredients for more benefits. Pomegranate provides for an antioxidant boost and sulphoraphane supposedly helps with toxins. At 1 capsule a day dosing, the bottle lasts for 2 months which is actually pretty cost effective. I’ll definitely consider purchasing this brand again later when I run out of DIM.

This DIM supplement is a gel capsule on the larger side but manageable to swallow with water. The supplement has no noticeable odor or taste associated with it. The price point is reasonable and on par with other DIM supplements. When considering side affects the 200mg diindolylmethane amount is a good dose if you have not used DIM before. Overall, if you don’t have a problem with the size of the capsule this is a good product and worth a try if you are looking for the benefits of DIM.

Uugh..I hate how big these capsules are. They are almost double in length and width as my other capsule supplements making these hard for me to swallow.
That bring said I can’t give these much of a review as I struggle to take these, making me not take them consistently. Bummer, because I had high hopes for adding this supplement to my regime as I suffer for hormone issues.
Decent price for a 60 day/ 2 month supply, however i will be looking for another brand that will be easier for me to take 🫤

I got this because I take DIM for the benefits I get with it specifically with my estrogen levels. The biggest effect I get from DIM that I can actually recognize with out a blood test is that my moods are more stable. I avoid the extreme ups and downs. And for me that is pretty huge because to put it mildly it’s no fun when my moods are like a roller coaster. The way this works with actually all three of these ingredients is by possibly balancing the estrogen levels. And very very simply said possibly getting rid of/lessening the bad estrogens that may cause problems with ones mental and/or physical health. I highly encourage reading on all three of these ingredients for the holistic uses for the breast that have been noted in studies as far as possible prevention goes. So yes this is IMO a fabulous blend. However blending it like this comes at a cost and that is the sacrificed dosage amounts in order to keep these capsules smaller than the size of a brick. I take all three of these ingredients separately and much more dosage wise. However I love adding to that stack a pre mixed one like this. Now I will state that the sulforaphane which is just an awesome antioxidant IMO and way way way underrated IMO is very very volatile and gets destroyed easily. The way mother nature makes this happen is that you bite into mustard seed or broccoli ( or some other cruciferous vegetable) and it releases glucoraphanin. In the digestive system these vegetables release enzymes called myrosinase which join with the glucoraphanin to make sulforaphane. Tah-dah. There it is. So to make sure I actually get some of this unstable compound,,, what I personally take is some broccoli sprout extract with my sulforaphane to add more active ingredients in the mix.
I think what I would do with this blend is to see how you do with 1 cap and if need be try two caps. Two caps is getting close to what I take. Now do notice these ingredients specifically have a synergetic effect meaning they help each other work better. And sometimes I get a wonderful side effect that many have noticed as well. My urine will have a strong smell and it will look orangish/pink. What has happened is my liver has dumped excess estrogen ( very well could be the harmful kind as many speculate). So this would be one of the few cases where the side effect was Good ! Other than that I do notice anything when I take these that would merit concern. Now I do see this is Third party Tested but I prefer Third party ‘Lab’ tested in the USA/UK/Canada or a country with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing . However it is very rare I see DIM and the other ingredients lab tested. The good news is that the DIM and the pomegranate are very stable so as I see it the only concern would be the sulforaphane and as stated a very inexpensive bottle of broccoli sprout extract can help with getting active sulforaphane if any has been destroyed or gone inactive. I am glad this has 60 caps as this will last me a while. I personally do not take these ingredients everyday. I match it to my hormone levels, specifically when they start getting high. These are easy to take and I am very glad I found this brand. Good Luck and I hope this was helpful.
