I add this to my preworkout and shakes. It’s doesn’t taste like anything so no biggie that it doesn’t mix well with the preworkout—blends great in a shake. Works like magic! Great value!

This is a great deal for how many servings you get. I swear by dhm. It literally reversed some severe liver swelling that I had from drinking heavily for a week. It’s a miracle product and I take quite a few doses when I drink, but it also helps me to sleep better when tapering off alcohol, which is huge! Love this and wish I’d found it years ago, could have prevented a lot of damage :/

This is real Hovenia Dulcis, Japanese Raisin Tree extract. Its a fine powder that is very cakey so it can be very messy. The scoop is 1/8 of a teaspoon (300mg) it has a slight bitterness to it, but virtually no taste. I’d recommend this. I just found out its like 4% bioavailable Edit : Mixing with MCT oil or beta cyclodextrin should help it’s bioavailability issues.

This is a pure powder. Some powdered compounds are more water soluble and some are more oil soluble and some only dissolve in alcohol. DHM doesn’t dissolve well in water, but that is the nature of the this substance. It’s fine. It’s bland and a little bitter; that’s its nature. If you want a berry flavored DHM that mixes well with water, good luck. But if you want a supplement with no fillers, then this is it.

Like many reviews said, it tastes a little bitter and doesn’t mix the greatest. Glad I didn’t let those steer me away. I shake it up in a bottle of water and the taste reminds me of concentrated tea. It works well. It can sober me up if needed and prevents hangovers. Fantastic product and good value for the money.

Dosing is listed as “scoop” , but no scoop in package. Ridiculous. “scoop” is not a standardized measurement! can anyone tell me what the actual measurement is in teaspoons?

This stuff has changed my life. I make my own capsules, 1 gram each, and I take 1 gram per drink I have. If I take them before I drink, I won’t feel the full effects of the alcohol. If I take them while I’m drinking, I sober up, and regardless, I take it before I go to bed and it eliminates hangovers 100%… if I take enough and drink enough water. On top of eliminating hangovers, it has also improved my sleep, and cleared up my skin issues I’ve had for most of my life. I think the folks who try it and say it doesn’t work simply are not taking enough, or staying hydrated. It started out that way for me too, but I’m glad I bought in bulk and had enough to keep taking more and find what worked.

Product works, but my last order arrived damaged and not sealed from the factory. Does not inspire confidence in packaging and sanitation :-/ Amazon did make an exception and issued refund, but I hope it doesn’t happen again as the product is not refundable.
