I have been using Peak Performance Dihydroberberine GlucoVantage® for a few years now. It’s a wonderful product. It does not cause my stomach to be upset like most other brands of berberine have in the past. Berberine has a lot of great benefits. I take one in the Am with my smoothie. Slow loss is a permanent loss, not yo-yo. 2 weeks into it, loss of 3#. No side effects. Trying to lose the last 5 # is almost impossible at my age in my journey. This with a great vegan diet is doing the trick. Down to 130 and could not be more pleased. 78, 5’3″, 130…yeah!

This is one of the most powerful supplements I’ve ever tried and I’ve been deep in the supplement rabbit hole for years. I can’t take more than one a day myself. Please be careful! That said, it works great! I’ve greatly reduced my cravings and so I’ve been able to lower my calorie intake and the weight is coming off! Great product and much better than the regular berberine was taking before i found this.

I stopped using regular strength berberine and after using this “super” berberine my blood sugar started spiking. I would test my blood several times for 2 hours after breakfast because that meal is regularly eggs and bacon. Im t2 and eat very low carb and no sugar. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I started spiking again while using this berberine. After 5 days with no change, I threw it away and went back to my regular berberine. Very disappointed.

While I did say that the product works, here is what happened. First I have a regular period; well, that disappeared right away and then I had very tender feeling in upper chest area. So do with that what you may. I understand that this will affect each person differently. So as with anything that you take, always consult your physician.

Very good product no taste and the pills go down easy. I saw this product on a talk show and i wanted to try for my self. I took this for a week and i can feel my self not snacking anymore. I notice my self eating smaller portions and getting full quicker. Beware this does make you use the bathroom a lot so make sure you have no plans for the first few days.
