I have been taking enzyme supplements to help me digest my meals for years now. I hadn’t tried this brand before but thought I would give it a try. I was so glad that I did because this is a great blend and works really well for me!
The bottle came triple safety sealed, which is always a big deal to me. It gives great digestive support, and it has no GMO’s and is allergen free, which always gives me more confidence when taking a supplement. This supplement was exactly as described, none of the pills were sticking together, none had melted to the bottom of the bottle, and it was in date. I highly recommended them!

When I first ordered these, I saw the “viral on TikTok” and thought right away they were the ones my son was telling me about that had helped him a lot, so I clicked the order button without looking too much farther into it (my own fault) It turns out these were not the same ones at all. So I decided to look into these a little more.
First of all they are made in China, I try to avoid that if I can, I like to look for “made in the USA” if possible, but that isn’t always easy. There are many countries that I don’t worry about, but this isn’t one of them. I know that we have regulations that are different than other countries. That doesn’t exactly mean that’s a good thing considering what the USA allows in our foods that most other countries don’t, (mad face) Hopefully that will all be changing soon under a new administration, especially RFK being in charge of our health. A lot of work needs to be done to fix what has been making so many Americans sick for so long!
With that being said, these digestive enzymes have a pro/pre biotic in them, since I already take ones that work very well for me, I don’t want to overload myself with too much!
*The first ingredient in these is SENNA, which I know to be a laxative. That is something that I definitely don’t need.
*The second ingredient is: Cascara sagrada which is The dried bark used to be FDA approved as an OTC laxative for constipation.
*The third ingredient is: Psyllium husk powder which acts as yet another laxative it is a soluble fiber that comes from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant and is used as a laxative and to promote digestive health.
The fourth ingredient is Flaxseed powder which is ok but also can take care of constipation. It states that
this powder has many potential health benefits, including:

MY QUESTION TO THIS IS, WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF IT? If it’s a low quality, will we receive the benefits? It’s hard to say since it’s not made here and not made to follow certain regulations.
So for me, I should have looked into this much further before ordering it. I am going to stick to the one my son told me about. I don’t need something everyday and he doesn’t either, he said he takes his when he’s going to eat a meal that he knows will upset his stomach!
I still gave it 3 stars because it’s not their fault that I didn’t do my research on this before ordering it. But I won’t be taking it!

So you’re interest in this may vary based off of your intent. I got this specifically thinking it was aids for food digestion and might have prebiotics and probiotics bacteria. However, I there’s also claims about flat tummy, less bloating… I wasn’t concerned with either of those, however, it seems like those are the primary focus of this supplement, given it’s multiple ingredients that active as laxatives.
