Besides doing what it’s supposed to do, I find that the 2 gummy serving curbs my morning sugar cravings. I don’t know why since that’s not what it’s supposed to do and it contains no sugar! As for me, I gave up eating sugar in 2010 so why I’m craving sugar so desperately, I have no idea!

I don’t usually do digestive enzymes, but I thought why not? These are decent, for a gummy. They do taste like blueberries, just don’t look like them, well blue anyway…
Sealed well, tastes good. Expiration of September 2025. I did have more frequent stools, could have been these, can’t be 100 percent sure. They do aid in digestion, so my laymen’s guess is that they did.
Gummies aren’t my preferred method of taking supplements, due to the chewing and not always being completely chewed before swallowing them, lessens the bio-availability of some supplements…
That said, they do give you 2 options, a 30-day 60-count for $19.79 (I have this one), or 2 bottles of 60 for $29.99. Should have gotten the better deal here with 2. All good, now I know.
Take 2 a day, I prefer mornings… 1 month supply of the 60-count or the 2 months for the 120-count.
