Who Cares ? –
I have not found anything better for lactose intolerance
These should be cheaper but there is not a lot of competition for these kind of pills
I take one a day and it lasts all day unless I have ice cream in which I take another before the ice cream
And if I recall they said to take 2 a day for a week or so when first starting them
I am not a fan of the way they are packaged but I assume this was to keep them fresh longer
It would be easier if they were in a bottle ready to use like most pills
I use a 2 week pill planner and I have to get out scissors & cut them so they fit the pill planner without removing them from their packing
(edit on 6-18-22 I noticed on my most recent box the aluminum inside packaging is no longer perforated -Not a big deal for me or most)

I’m loving these. They’re better than the lactaid pills I usually use, especially as I only need two vs 4-6 pills. My stomach doesn’t get as initially unhappy with these either. The smooth capsule that has no flavor of chalk is also a big win. I won’t go back to the white lactose pills again.

This is the only product that has ever allowed me to eat dairy without being afraid of getting an upset stomach. I take one pill in the morning and voila! I can eat/drink as much ice cream, sour cream, or dairy product as I want! This product really changed the quality of my life for the better. I am incredibly grateful for it. I will continue to recommend this product to everyone!

Using for 19 years and it takes just one per!day to help you deal with lactose in small amounts

I have used this for 15 years. It used to be called “Digestive Advantage Lactose DEFENSE Formula” before they changed the formula. Now it is called Lactose SUPPORT and I just recently discovered the recommended dosage is now 2 per day. Did that change with the formula? Are we effectively paying twice the price now? Anyway, I take 2 per day and I never have to think twice about drinking milk, dairy or ice cream. Its wonderful!
