    These chewable digestive enzymes are the best I’ve ever tried. They work quickly & well. The reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that once the bottle is opened, the tablets will eventually begin to absorb moisture. By the time I get to the last 1/4 of the bottle, they have become a somewhat chewier. Unfortunately, they don’t come in a smaller quantity. I don’t mind the texture. I’m just concerned that they have become less effective. However–I’m going to remedy this on my next purchase. I will take 1/2 the bottle out &, using another container, store them with the little freshness pouch that is inside the full bottle. Then when I get finished with the first half, the second half will hopefully have retained freshness with no moisture absorption. I don’t take the enzymes daily. Maybe if I did, the moisture issue wouldn’t be a problem. But–they do work very well!

    My naturopath insisted I take these. Bah…don’t like them. They don’t last long since the humidity makes them soggy. Kind of nasty.
