    This body wash smells great. It has a light scent and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated.

    This is a 12 oz pump bottle of Dickinson’s Original Witch Hazel Hydrating Gel Cleanser with rose water. It arrived in perfect condition and factory sealed. It’s possible you may have to be of a certain age to really love this cleanser. I grew up using Dickinson’s Witch Hazel for all kinds of things, so for me the scent of it is soothing and enjoyable. In addition to the Witch Hazel smell, it also has a very slight floral smell from the rose water. The cleansing gel itself is really excellent. It leaves my skin feeling clean, but also soft and hydrated. Lots of face wash products leave my skin feeling tight but this one does not. I was actually surprised at how good this product is. As I’m writing this, the price for this 12 oz bottle of face wash is $9.99, which is an excellent value compared to other face washes that don’t leave my skin feeling as good as this one does. You’ll need to not mind the smell of Witch Hazel, but if you’re okay with that, this facial cleanser is great.

    This face wash smells like burning plastic. It really needs a scent masking agent or fragrance. Using this is a really unpleasant experience because it smells so bad. It’s a shame because I do like the face wash. It’s not the foaming type which can be off-putting if you’re not used to it. The texture and feel is a lot like classic cerave and cetaphil cleansers. For some folks, this type of wash can feel slimy. It makes my skin feel clean without being tight, dry, or squeaky clean. I can feel that there is a bit of moisture but without a gross film. It doesn’t really remove makeup too well, but I typically use another product for that so I’m not bothered.

    The price is pretty good, you get a lot for the money. Not great as a first cleanser, irritated my eyes. Better after a makeup cleanser. Good, not great.

    This provides and gentle clean. It’s not drying. Leaves my skin feeling more plump and toned. I really like it!

    I am trying the Dickinson Witch Hazel face cleaner for the first time. First, it is a gel cleanser and I was able to clean my face with just one pump. With this formulation there is no sudsing, you just rub the gel on and it cleans. It did a great job cleaning my face and I had no reaction to it. It made my face feel great when I got out of the shower, smooth and clean. I love products with hyaluronic acid so I do appreciate the addition to this product. My skin type now is more on the normal side and this works well.

    For me, I am not a fan of the scent. I think a lot of the witch hazel may be coming through and it just is not for me. I like the product and it did a nice job of cleaning. The ingredients are what I see as cleaner ingredients (not a ton of chemicals). This bottle will last a long time if used only on your face!

    The only part making this 4-stars is the scent. To me I really don’t care for it, but this is a great cleaner if this is the scent you like.
