I have been using these gummies for several months. I like that they are gummies. I take too many other pills I have to swallow. I am getting my omega-3 without taking the nasty fish oil pills. These taste sort of like lemon drops!

The taste is deliciously citrus. The smell is horrible though. I plug my nose before putting them in my mouth lol!

I have tried at least a dozen vegan Omega 3. I just want to avoid fish oil… but still get omega 3s in gummy form…
These SMELL like fish… not just a little… open that bottle and a monster size, algae burping, fish fist punches you in the nose…. they are a lil more sour than I prefer, and the citrus doesn’t cover the smell/taste of algae. If you can get past the smell… more power to you!
I prefer Mary Ruth’s over these… but my husband doesn’t hate these, and the kiddo prefers a third one… so I guess it’s down to personal taste… and apparently I do NOT want mine to smell like fish. Note however that NONE of the ones our family has tried have been good… it boils down to which is least disgusting… these are at the bottom of my list. 🙁

The gummies tasted so good. Whenever I took it I didn’t even realize I was taking a supplement, since it tasted like candy after all. Was hesitant about Omega 3 supplements, but read the reviews and they were spot on for this product. Great taste, easily dissolvable (I have had gastric bypass surgery, so capsules and pills are difficult for those with malabsorption). The gummies break down quickly and they definitely have been easy to remember to take because the great taste! Definitely would recommend!

We’ve tried several vegan omega gummies. Many have awful smell, and taste. These have a bit of an off-putting smell but out of the other choices much easier to ignore. We just try not to sniff them too much. They are tasty though. My kids are allergic to fish so this is a good way to get their omegas.
