It is a quality double strength, purified DHA-500 Omega 3 Supplement. It’s enteric coated for better absorption and higher bioavailability. It’s easy and convenient to take. I like taking as suggested 1-2 easy to swallow softgels a day with a meal. There is no fishy aftertaste or burping for me. Each softgel offers 500 mg DHA, and 250 mg EPA. It’s free from GMOs & most common allergens with zero artificial colors & fragrances. This supplement is USA manufactured although their label discloses that the fish oils are products of Peru, Morocco and China. To offer the highest quality products, all products are manufactured in third-party certified Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) facilities. Got these as I need omegas for my levels but hate fish oil as the taste is just always there, especially if you burp. I love these as no after taste and they are so easy to swallow; not huge pills. They are fresh & not stuck together and would recommend

These softgels are easy to swallow and I really like that I do not taste or smell any fish smell at all. No side effects either. So far, so good.

I like that this bottle is double sealed. However, I found the inner seal difficult to remove without using scissors.
Currently, these sell for 90 capsules for $45. . .which is about 50 cents each. That is fairly pricey. Mine are fresh and expire June 2028, which seems awfully for out for an oil product in my mind.
I do get a slight fishy smell when I open this product. I don’t care for that. I also see that the fish oil comes from 3 countries, Peru, Morocco and China. I wish it was clear on exactly where it is from. If I had seen this right away, I probably would not have ordered them. I would not re-order them for this reason. That may not bother you though.
These are fairly big capsules but I take others this size so I have no issues in swallowing them.

These pills / capsules seem to be good. They are a bit large to swallow but do go down with a little practice and liquid to help swallowing. There is no smell or residual fishy affect noticed like when using other fish oil pills. I’ve noticed some possibly positive effects in my joints but can’t really say these are responsible for this. They do offer a good high capacity for an Omega-3 oil source.

These once-a-day omega 3 extra strength supplements have helped bring my cholesterol down, I attributed ti taking these as I was using another brand and wasn’t seeing a difference in my numbers. They’re highly concentrated and easy to ingest.

This is a very nice Omega 3 Fatty Acids Supplement with an adequate amount I like to use. For each one gram, there are 500mg DHA, and 250mg EPA. This a nice source of nutrition to for antioxidant and anti-inflammation. This product is in a format of softgel that are enteric coated for better absorbent. There is no after taste or smell of fish. It doesn’t cause nausea or reflux. The recommended daily dose is 1 softgel per day. It is easy to go with food, so the fat can better balance with the meal.
