I love these and it’s so amazing that they are vegan! I feel like they really help with muscle toning. I received these quickly and will definitely be ordering again from this seller when the time comes. The only thing is that you are supposed to take one of these three times a day with meals, so if you are someone who is going to struggle with that, keep that in mind before buying.

Not sure if they work. I heard CLA can help reduce belly fat. I bought these because they are vegan. They create smelly burps and urine, so I don’t like to take them often, just being honest. But you probably have to take them often to see a reduction in belly fat.

I checked the expiration date on these when I got them and it says 1/22… It is currently 12/21/21 and they will expire in a little over a week for a 90-day supply.

I started taking safflower oil pills on the recommendation of a ballet teacher for the post workout benefits. I switched to this product when I needed to refill. I take 2-3 pills a day (recommended dose is up to 3), for about two weeks now. Though I wasn’t taking this specifically for weight loss I have noticed a difference in my body, a slight slimming not related to workouts. I’m very happy to have switched and will continue taking them.
