This is your answer to hard to find vegan source of healthy fats at a great price! I love this product!! I am a vegan, and need a vegan source of omega 3 fatty acids as a dietary supplement, as well as for use as an anti-inflammatory. My spine doc recommended I take 9,000mg a day in three divided doses for inflammation, citing a 2007 study by a Neurologist that showed that this high dose of omega 3 fatty acids was more effective as an anti-inflammatory than the prescription drug, Celebrex. So I stopped taking Celebrex, and tried it. I definitely feel better with far less pain and sciatica than when I was taking Celebrex twice daily. I’m a believer!

I was disappointed with the quality of this product. Some capsules were full, others were half empty. Quality control is lacking which makes me ask the question about the quality of the oil within the capsules.
