We used to get Costco style multivitamin, which are big bulky very hard to swallow. I have seen some incidents where people throw up because they cannot swallow that big big O vil shaped tablet.
This is perfect size small and it packs everything that otherwise those big multi tablet has I have checked the content and from the cost per perspective it’s comparable
If you have teenagers or a senior citizen that needs to take in, I would recommend try this one and you will see the difference.

These are great dailys for those of us just wanting to supplement our normally healthy diets. Doesn’t have 10,000% of each vitamin/mineral, which I like. No issues with taste or upset stomach or any of that. Just a great little addition to a healthy diet.

the product itself seems great! it’s a great value especially for two bottles and I love that it’s vegan. just wanted to warn other people with sensitive skin that it did cause me to break out, so careful if you’re sensitive to supplements with iodine and biotin in them!

These tiny pills are great! I don’t love swallowing pills, and neither do my kids. It’s really nice that you only need ONE of these per day, which makes them super affordable. However, in addition, you may want to add calcium and magnesium supplements, because these vitamins don’t have enough of them. I like these because they are really small and they don’t leave any type of aftertaste. I’m glad to have made the switch away from gummies and on to a more natural alternative. We will be buying these again.
