Let me start by saying, I have a very sensitive stomach, so I don’t tolerate all vitamins well. I am vegetarian and do not eat gelatin so it can be hard to find a vitamin that has the essentials without being in a capsule form (many use gelatin). The same goes for iron, I do not tolerate all iron well, and have struggled to find one that won’t upset my stomach. So far, these have been easy on my digestion and absorption. They’re super small which makes them easy to swallow. I will say, one reason I did not give it 5 stars is because, depending on your diet, magnesium and calcium can be crucial. If you look at the amount of daily % that these offer for both they are only 2% of your daily recommended amounts! As a vegetarian who does not use milk products, it’s important to get enough daily through whole foods or supplements. The same for magnesium which plays a big factor in hormones, body function, etc. That said, I have to take both of those separately in addition to these multivitamins. I also take Omegas as they do not include them. Overall, great for majority of vitamins but make sure you read the label and supplement for vitamins that are low or missing if you follow a restricted diet.

Tiny, very easy to take. Lots of essential vitamins. Useful for anyone on any diet. I don’t notice a taste, but it does smell a little funky. But it’s that B-12 smell, so you know you’re getting your B vitamins!
I don’t follow a great diet. I enjoy junk food. But I’ve been vegan for over ten years and my blood tests are always perfect. I can’t guarantee that it’s from these, but based on the fact that my diet has been trash for most of those years, I’d assume that these are a contributing factor.

Love the balance of vitamins and minerals – appropriate for my lady self and my man. Teeny tiny size which I love, and wow, what a bargain, jeez. Gifted some to a friend who struggles with vitamins too! Bit of an odd smell… not bad, per se, but definitely weird. It’s one of those confusing smells that isn’t exactly pleasing, but it’s very enticing… always gotta sneak a lil sniff when I’m grabbing them 🤨.
I’ve bought these several times and will continue to buy them. They can’t be beat!

small pill, regular daily vitamin flavor, 50% iron per pill, easy to swallow, high quality. smells like a regular adult daily vitamin. easy. good b vitamins for good energy and supplementation. my vegan young’n’s take them. my youngest of 6 years old can swallow them whole with some water.

Like that the dosage is not high (excessive); also that Iodine and iron is only 50%. It’s vegan and has minimum fillers.
