Didn’t work. I am only 120lbs and hadn’t smoked in over 2 weeks. Drank it to do a dummy test at home and came up positive every time. Went into my local GNC and bought the usual that I do and worked like a charm. I can usually feel the drink working and need to use the restroom frequently. I couldn’t even go after drinking this one. I had a feeling at that point it would not work. The new drink did this to me, I knew immediately that I could feel the difference. Don’t waste your money.

This stuff works if you’re sober for at least a week (preferably 2 or more depending on how often you get high) and you follow the directions on the bottle. Also, like another reviewer said: try to use the pee from the middle of your session lol. I will try this again soon and will make an edit to reflect how well it works. I get high more often than the last time time I used this product so we’ll see how well this works. The biggest con this product has are the price and horrible taste… This is the WORST tasting drink I’ve ever had. But the pros outweigh it. Good luck to anyone who tries this crap!

This stuff works!!!! Follow the instructions exactly, drink LOTS of water, urinate at least 3-4 times before you take your test. If you test negative, you stay negative for at least 3 hours. In my case. I stopped smoking a week and a half before my test. I took one of these the day before, and then one the morning of, and I am clean! Also this is the only drink I’ve gotten that works, and doesn’t taste nasty. Just tastes like super sweet koolaid. Also this didn’t hurt my stomach at all.

I used this and I passed a pre-employment test. Here is what I did;
I am a 30 something, 5’9 200 male. I smoked every day, between .5 gram and 1 gram a day of good bud. I stopped smoking for 37 days by the time of my test, but was still failing home tests without using anything.
The day before the test I ate a lot of red meat. I heard that you need creatine to off set the loss of creatine by using this product, so I had steak nachos for lunch and an 8 oz steak for dinner.
Day of test – (My test was to be sometime between 11 AM and noon, but I had to stop by my prospective employer first to sign some papers)
7:30 am – 9 am: Woke up and drank a glass of water while getting ready.
9 am – 9:15 am: Drank product. I have read some reviews about it tasting really bad and I did not think that was true. If you have ever had Gatorade that has been open and gotten warm, than this would be what it tastes like.
9:15 am – 10 am: Refilled bottle and drank. I also ate one 2500 mcg of Vitamin B12 (for color)
10:30 am: Had a huge pee that was mostly water
10:45 am – 11 am: Had to take another piss and bought a 40 oz Iced Tea and drank about 10 oz. This pee was mostly water as well
11:15 am – 11:45 am: Ate lunch at the prospective employer and drank a 16 oz bottle of water. I took another pee (third) while I was there.
11:45 am – 12:00 pm: Drank another 10 oz of the Iced Tea while I drove to test facility
12:15 pm: Took test. My sample was pretty clear but still had some yellow in it.
A week later I heard I passed the test and the background check and start work next week. My advice would be to people that smoke every day and are not active is to give yourself 30 days. If you don’t have that much time and you don’t work out every day, then you have to use someone else’s pee. When you take a test they don’t watch you.

Purchased this twice, once to test it out & once more before an employment test. Followed the directions on the bottle, did not cause diarrhea like others I have tried before nor belly discomfort. & I passed! Worth the money!

This detox works for me. I have used it twice. It did not work for my boyfriend however. The difference between him and I is that I abstained for a week before using the detox. I will say that unfortunately it gave us both an upset stomach. Be ready to feel yucky for the rest of the day. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. I took a drug test at 12pm, failed.. Drank the stuff, waited , refilled it with water. Peed 4 times then at 130, I took a test , it was negative. Took another at 230 still negative. I tested again at 6 and I tested positive with a faint line. So make sure you take the test no more than 3 hours after the drink to be EXTRA safe. I will say though my pee was very clear and I am worried about a negative dilute result. However it was negative and most places will use a negative dilute as a regular negative. Glad that I tested the product first. Now I can be confident going to my drug test for this new job!

I am very thankful for this product. It was cheap and not too bad (I have sensitive taste buds but I was able to drink this with little difficulty). I just tested myself a couple of days ago after not smoking for a while and I was still positive, but I had to take a test in order to be hired for a job. I drank the stuff at 10AM, refilled the bottle with water 15 minutes later like it said, drank the water and drank a couple more water bottles throughout the day up until 1:30, half an hour before my test. I urinated over and over again from the time that I finished the citrus drink until I had to leave for the test (at first you’ll have to move your bowels several times, as well, so be sure you can have access to a toilet). I took my test and got my results the next day – negative! I think people who didn’t have success with this product probably didn’t use it quite right. Some people think they can use it right before their test and it will work, but you HAVE to urinate multiple times and give the drink at least an hour to work its magic. More than an hour is best so that you can urinate more times before testing, as it flushes the toxins out. I gave myself five hours (started at 10AM and the test was at 2PM) and drank three or four water bottles (after drinking the drink and refilling the bottle with water and drinking that). Would use this product again if it were necessary and will have my boyfriend use it as well!
