5 days into this detox and let’s just say the results are very noticeable in the morning! You should plan some extra time in your morning routine to “detox”, and likely 3-4 times before lunch! Definitely don’t want to do this on vacation or during hectic work weeks. Mixes into a cup of water before bed. Doesn’t taste bad, but not exactly yummy either. Makes you wonder where it all comes from…. Sorry, not trying to be crude but, well, that’s the nature of this product! It works.

Flavor isn’t horrible but not something I look forward to. For the current price of $28 is a little spendy but convenient to take. Love the health benefits. No side effects for me and helps me feel better.

These gut detox cleanse powder packates are made well me.
The smell is nothing to me.
The flavor and taste are not much either with me.
It’s easy for me to mix them into water taking them.
So far I don’t feel anything negative nor positive yet.
I am going to finish them first before I may come back for more comments and more stars later on.

This has several additives that aren’t great for you and definitely won’t help with “gut detox”. The active ingredients could just have easily been encapsulated for a cleaner product and you wouldn’t be missing out on flavor as these aren’t that enjoyable to choke down as it is.
The active compounds in this powder are not as strong as some of us need to get results. The potency is low compared to all the filler ingredients that don’t actually help you any.
You get a very small amount for all the packaging you’re paying for and I just don’t see the superiority of this over swallowing a few capsules for occasional discomfort.

Gut Detox Cleanse Powder dissolves into water and needs to be taken every day for ten days. The results are there if you take this, and the results will become noticeable in the first few days of use. The powder dissolves well and is easy to tolerate. These is an easy lightweight way of helping with bloating, gas and bowel movements.

Excellent and effective ingredients here! This is only for 2 weeks, but the perfect amount of time for a new years cleanse. You can’t take this particular product too long because of the senna. Senna should only be used short term and/or as needed. So this was effective and did not produce an overly urgent need or painful cramping.

There is 10 packets so not full 2 weeks.
It doesn’t say how much water to mix in or if should do all 10 days at once.
I may do 5 days and do another 5 little later on.
I mix it in with my flavored water and can’t even taste it. It mixes really well.
I’ll take about 30 min to hour before bed. I work from home which is great when doing something like this because close to bathroom and not in car driving or in the office.
When I wake up it is anywhere from 30 min to about an hour before it hits me. It definitely cleans you out and you feel lighter and better in morning.
I have only been taking for 2 days but I feel day 2 has more effect than day 1. Maybe depends on what you ate or just slowly cleaning your system out more. But it’s definitely working.
