This product worked well for me, helped me go every morning for 10 days straight, loosing 3 pounds. Compared to other products I’ve used, I prefer the taste of this product. I also liked that I experienced minimal stomach ache. My only con is that the product use instructions could be better, more detailed. I personally mixed with a cup of water and drank about 30 minutes before going to sleep. Note, I think it’s more likely to experience stomach aches if taken too soon before going to sleep, at least based on my experience.

I had expected something like pills to take but these are 10 little pouches. I keep this for emergencies when things are not going as they should. As the main ingredient ix senna, I am pretty confident that it will work as I have many years of experience with that. But don’t get used to it, otherwise your bowls will get lazy.

So far it has been a pleasant experience. Because Senna can be a laxative, I chose to start with half a packet. I was comfortable going about my normal routine. I was hoping to share the cleanse with a family member, but because it contains gluten, I could not.
I took it in some juice so it was tasty. It made the juice slightly sweeter. I like that it has prebiotic in it. It’s a healthy addition to my New Year‘s goals of eating better and taking better physical care of myself. I will most likely use it semi weekly as a half packet for a month or so to finish the 10 packets.

I used a detox pack for a quick weekend cleanse and it seemed to do the trick. You will definitely need to clear your next day if you take one of these in the evening. The effect it had on my innards was about as expected, it didn’t make my stomach hurt or give me explosive diarrhea. Nevertheless, it did heighten my urgency to use the toilet and kept me there off an on through most of the day. Near mid to end of the day, after taking this cleanser, you will definitely notice more watery and loose bowel movements; basically you’ve cleaned the chute and are expelling the remnants. To give it a proper cleanse I’d suggest that you fast the same day that you expect the cleanse to work and only drink water or clear juices. It won’t dominate your whole weekend, but definitely give yourself a day. This pack comes with 10 packets and I feel that it will last a long time if you don’t cleanse too many times within a close time-span. This is a more gentle cleanse if you use it as directed and gets the juices flowing.

A friend recommended detox to me, and after trying it I’m pretty happy with the results, but glad to be done with the process. I’ve been incorporating more vegetarian meals into my diet (though I don’t think that’s strictly necessary for this to work), and I’ve noticed a difference, especially around my waistline. Things seem a little trimmer. I also noticed my skin seems a bit clearer, which is a nice bonus. I may just be imagning it, but who knows.
One thing I’ll mention – if you’ve never done a detox before, it’s probably a good idea to start on a day when you don’t have to go far from a bathroom. Well, not probably, MANDATORY is more the word! It started working pretty quickly for me, so I was glad I was home. I know some folks might be put off by the idea of a detox because, well, it’s about getting rid of waste. But I figure it’s better out than in, right? It’s just part of how these things work. I’m planning on using this every six months or so, as recommended. It seems like a good way to give things a reset.

I ordered this product to do a gut cleanse. I already eat a plant based diet, so for me it really wasn’t as bad as some other reviewers reported. I suppose it could make different people react in different ways. So to be safe, be sure you’re going to be home when you take it… just in case.
There are no instructions, but it’s a powder, so I just mixed it with water and drank it. The taste wasn’t that bad — you could mix it into a smoothie if you prefer.
