I was feeling bloated, fatigued, tired and to be honest i was having a BM about every 7-10 days for the last year. I felt my body was sick and non of my clothes fit. This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldn’t think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didn’t feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and don’t waste your money on this.

First off, I’ve never taken anything like this before so wasn’t sure to what to expect. That being said, I took the 3 pills a day and made sure to eat pretty healthy meals the entire time and there was little to no difference in my day compared to before. At the beginning I maybe needed the bathroom a little more often but after about 10 days there was zero affect. Should have read the reviews before buying.

I’ve done other cleanses and this one is better than average. I got immediate results that Are leaving me feeling lighter… and with more energy.
Full disclosure: I bought this a couple months ago and it never came out of the box. But came across It with my vitamins and figured it was a sign! I really was feeling backed up and bloated from really bad food choices that I’ve made being cooped up at home during Covid. I was feeling pretty gross and I figured since I’m not going anywhere, good time to cleanse.
So… wow. I feel like I am being scrubbed from the inside out. I started with three a day and I’ve been drinking At least 80 oz of water. By end of day one I had a huge elimination. I did not have a lot time to get to the bathroom but I’m home-no biggie.
I’ve noticed by day three, my cravings for junk food are gone and my appetite is greatly reduced. I am about a 26 BMI and it’s seeming like this will get me on track to make some better food choices and kick start a healthy eating plan.
I do have a very, very slight headache but that is common for me when doing a cleanse and is part of my body’s detox.
