These gummies are super soft and chewy. The flavor is a tropical pineapple flavor. The best thing about these gummies is they are individual and not melted in a big glob like most I find are.

I’ve been taking milk thistle as a supplement for a while and these gummies caught my eye because of the 24 in 1 ingredients.
I couldn’t find a lot about the quality of these and usually I like to see more info on that, like where they are made, and if the facility is GMP, FDA registered, and if there is third party lab testing. The GMP quality seal is on the bottle along with non GMO. the “other ingredients” really don’t mention where the sweetness comes from except for “natural color, natural flavor”. These are manufactured for a company in Tennessee but not sure where they are made.
Overall I like that the extract ratios for each of the extracts are provided and the 1000 mg of milk thistle in two gummies makes it easy to take one of these in the morning and one at might to space the dose over 1 day. These seem like an ok “liver cleanse” type product, but I will likely order something with a bit more info on the quality in the future. I didn’t deduct a star because the product description pretty much presents exactly what you get.

Non-GMO, vegan, sugar-free, and free of gluten make this a supplement that many people will be able to take. If you have issues swallowing pills this may be a good alternative for you. The flavor is good and does not leave an aftertaste. These are stated to be third-party tested and made in the USA. It takes some time taking these to notice a difference so be patient and remember that not everyone has the same results.

Is there really any way to tell if something like this is working? I don’t know and probably wont be having my liver tested in the next couple weeks to determine if it is or not. The things I can say though are that the ingredients are known to aid in liver function. And I appreciate that there is no sugar in it. It’s not overly sweet and candy like. It is palatable though, with a natural mild pineapple flavor. Doesn’t taste bad at all.
I figure it’s never a bad idea to take precautions every now and than. And I haven’t noticed any negative side effects from taking it. Figure worst case, gelatin is considered good for you. Ha.
