I bought this product on Amazon and have been using it for about 3 days. I had read about milk thistle and thought it would be a good idea to do a cleanse before starting my new weight loss program. I work out every day but still, I needed to clean things out. I have never done a cleanse or detox before and was a little apprehensive. I can say I am very happy with how I feel and will continue to use this even while I am on my weight loss program. I also thought it was well worth the money as compared to other cleanses on the market today. Some companies have a 7-day cleanse and charge $29.99 for it. This product will last me 25 to 30 days so it should continue to help as I lose weight.

Most reviews say this helped in “a couple days” I did not notice any type of results until about 3 weeks in. First thing I noticed was, 100% makes you more regular. It does curve your appetite, so far I have a 3 pound weight loss. And if you do happen to over-eat you will go to the bathroom again….so it 100% speeds that process up. But the biggest thing I noticed was my skin, especially my face, seems smoother, even skin tone and dark circles have diminished considerably. Also the white in my eyes seems whiter 🙂 The taste is not bad. The dropper only fills half way which would lead you to believe that isn’t enough, I used an infant dropper I had laying around with ml dosing, and the dropper supplied is the correct dosage. I will continue to purchase this product!

I am 77 years old and I’ve had issues with bloating and acid buildup I have now been on this product for six days and feel considerable difference with my digestion and kidney performance . After having two shoulder operations I have not been very active, and taking this product seems to have given me a relaxed and a need to be less conscious of my nerve pain and the ability to perform light duties. I believe that continuing this product will greatly improve my energy and overall health positive attitude. It did nothing for me. I won’t be buying this again. Pure Dandelion extract does a much better job.

Didn’t really do much for me. Made my stomach cramp up a little but that’s abt it. Been using for over a week now and I thought I would see better results.

This product works as described! It’s so easy to use. I measure it into a half teaspoon. It’s a little less than that. No mixing, no powder all over the place. I’m buying another bottle to travel with. I don’t want to live without it. I also use Miralax from Amazon, but sometimes it doesn’t work as a stand alone solver. I weight 122 pounds. I drink 70 ounces of liquid per day, more than half my body weight in liquid is what I’ve read we need. Coffee counts. Yay. Anyway, no cramping, no OMG I’m going to poop my pants. Just a regular urge and voila, a solid poop, no diarrhea. It’s so disgusting to talk about this, 🙈but if you’re searching for a product to help your gastrointestinal problems and reading this, I thought you might want to know the nitty-gritty. 🤷♀️ I still use Miralax almost every day with this. That’s my story.
